Academic Education

My studies are focused on Nutrional & Dietician studies at the University of Thessaly. My degree is centered on non-abdominal gluten sensitivity in patients with autoimmune diseases (Thyroid Hashimoto, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) & Rheumatoid Arthritis).
Through my research, I realised the grave consequences of our nutritional choices on our bodily symptoms and, in general, our quality of life.
My Master's degree "Stress Management & Health Promotion" is from the Departement of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The subject of study was Type 2 Diabetes and its direct association with stress and diet.
I was fascinated by the effect of external factors & the dynamic swift of our hormones. That's the reason i continued my education with seminars that focused on the irritable bowel syndrome, the diet for autoimmune diseases and cycle eating.
